We chose to use FirstLight Home Care of NWA when in need of a caregiver while in the area for a short time. We chose them because of the kindness, thoughtfulness, patience and generosity given to us by Raelene and her staff. There was uncertainty … More surrounding our circumstances in general and in the end we needed to cancel our arrangement due to family members testing positive for COVID. Every interaction with FirstLight Home Care (the owner and the caregiver) was pleasant and professional. I had every confidence they would care for our loved ones expertly, gently and kindly. We are grateful to them and would definitely use them again if the need arises. -
We used FirstLight Homecare for over a year. They provided caring help in difficult circumstances during latter stages of dementia. I give them a high recommendation. -
